Hillside A Little Bit Of Give And Take Journey Fish And Ships

Home

Welcome to my little part of the virtual world! Isn't the web a fascinating and bizarre creature. It's fast becoming a necessity. I'd go into serious withdrawal without e-bay alone! Come in, make yourself comfy, and take a look around.

My art is influenced by daily life and a focus on the whimsical and the preciousness of every moment. It consists of many layers and mediums. Take a peek at my print making and etchings. A long time passion which I find most satisfying and includes unique processes and styles.

It's official, I'm not dabbling in painting any more - I'm doing it as much as everything else (how do I fit this all in!). I'm loving the colour and texture.

If you've met me at markets then you may well be attached, or should I say buttoned, to some of my crafts. An ongoing passion and obsession for the perfect button...always exciting.

My background is in fine arts both as a teacher and now a full time artist. It's been a dedicated and rewarding journey.

I exhibit mainly on the Surfcoast but am also represented in commercial galleries all over Australia. If you'd like to find out more, or purchase work, please contact me.

You must visit my new favourite website Etsy. It is an online marketplace for buying and selling all things handmade. Beautiful!

Oh, and visit here again frequently, as the works will change and exhibitions that are coming up will be included. Please leave me any feedback or questions.

Life

Sitting back enjoying what each day brings... writing a novel... well maybe a novella... might have to head back to Japan to do some more research.
